Niccol Martin professionally known as DJ Xotic Mami is a Serial entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Youth advocate, Social Justice advocate, Public speaker, Media GURU, Film writer, Director, Producer, Content creator, Influencer, Actress and Fashionista. DJ Xotic Mami was Raised in Southside Jamaica Queens, New York and has dominated the hip-hop entertainment scene for the past 18 years. Growing up in a low income impoverished neighborhood with dim hope, DJ Xotic Mami utilized entertainment as a weapon to overcome poverty. DJ Xotic Mami started her early music careerat The Famous Q Club in Queens and migrated to Club Amazura where she worked with DJ Clue and The Lost Boys. Hip-Hop was DJ Xotic Mami’s first passion. DJ Xotic Mami continued to climb the ladder of success and landed a radio co-host position in NYC. Within 2 years DJ Xotic Mami stepped out and became the host of The A&R Report. Where her interviews landed her in huge media news outlets such as Media take out, Bossip and World Star hip hop several times. In 2010 DJ Xotic Mami opened Xtreme 104 FM radio station which today holds over 3.8 Million daily listeners internationally. Since opening Xtreme 104 FM and a result of her success she successfully opened several thriving businesses and mentors others to do the same. Making good decisions was sometimes difficult for the entrepreneur. DJ Xotic Mami would put herself at risk to help those around her. Unfortunately, in 2015, her indecisiveness with who she thought was friends, greed and lack of judgment landed her in federal prison on a 5 ½ year bid. This lengthy sentence would give her more than enough time to not only reflect on her decisions but to also better herself which she did. While serving her sentence she earned 66 certificates/ licenses including Culinary Arts, Serv Safe, Money Smart, Money Management, opening a Small Business, Law Clerk and all while taking various vocational training courses. DJ Xotic Mami is a walking testament that despite making poor choices you can bounce back from anything. What GOD has for you nothing can stop. She realized her experiences and incarceration was Gods way of using her as a vessel to help the young women, men and the youth as well as others like herself who have made poor choices. At the age of thirty-eight she prides herself on working to correct the injustices in the justice system. Through her initiative called “I am Wrongfully Convicted”. Upon release of prison she launched an internationally syndicated Television Network “Xtreme Vibe TV on The ROKU Television Network as well as Amazon Prime and Amazon Fire Stick. Her original programming has gained over 5.8 Million Streaming hours to date. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of “Community Hope Foundation” which is a 501 c 3 Non Profit Organizationwhich services the homeless and underprivileged communities. She is tirelessly working to open homeless and transitional housing facilities throughout New York City that will also help formerly incarcerated women and men with housing, re-entry programs into society, financial literacy, legal referrals, online schooling, and mental health care. In 2013, prior to DJ Xotic Mami’s unfortunate circumstances she embraced her minor from college seriously and became the C.E.O of Niccol Productions Inc. where she became a prized winning Director for her Now television series “The Indictment”. Inspired by acting, writing, directing and editing she aspired to produce films. In 2020 DJ Xotic Mami re-launched “Niccol Productions Inc.” She continues to thrive and create generational wealth for her children and community, she has an idea and executes them to fulfill her purpose. In 2021 DJ Xotic Mami took it a step further and opened the “Niccol Martin” Fashion line, which within months of launching was selected to grace one of the biggest and known Fashion Shows. New York Fashion Week where The Niccol Martin High End Fashion Urban Line took Center Stage in NYC Time Square, Red Carpet Main Stage.
